1.本機(jī)床屬于4道行星輪系運(yùn)動(dòng)原理的研磨機(jī)床。

2.本機(jī)托盤重量通過空心軸、固定套配成對錐軸承和三個(gè)支撐腳全部落入底板，可以保證*的托盤端跳。另外本機(jī)還配有修正輪，用來修復(fù)上下研磨盤的平面度誤差。

3.通過減速機(jī)帶動(dòng)鏈輪，從動(dòng)鏈輪帶動(dòng)三根絲桿，使得齒圈平穩(wěn)上下移動(dòng)，具有較高的自動(dòng)化程度。

4.本機(jī)床配有對工件加壓研磨的壓力檢測機(jī)構(gòu)，自動(dòng)檢測工件當(dāng)前所受壓力。還配有與之相配套的用于自動(dòng)加壓調(diào)整的電氣比例閥。

5.本機(jī)配有安全自鎖氣缸，當(dāng)上研磨盤上升到上限位點(diǎn)時(shí)，插板伸出，防止上研磨盤落下，確保操作者、設(shè)備安全。

6.采用PLC控制，控制方式靈活可靠。

7.用觸摸屏做為人機(jī)界面顯示報(bào)警和機(jī)床狀態(tài)的實(shí)時(shí)信息；界面友好，信息量大。
